Highland completed the construction of a 10,000 sf luxury residential project in Cambridge’s vibrant Porter Square. The vacant property was originally purchased by Highland Development in the fall of 2007. The building was completely renovated and fully leased maintaining a mix of retail and office tenants. As market conditions for the residential sector improved we began entitlements for a new five story steel and wood framed building. The property incorporates the latest in Green building technologies including photovoltaic heating systems. Construction on the lofts was finalized during the spring of 2014.
